General Rules
1) This document is created in accordance with the rules of international and business practice.
2) Stambic Trading accepts individuals aged 18.
3) The registration procedure is necessary for each Stambic Trading client.
4) You agree with terms and conditions by being a client of Stambic Trading.
Investment Rules
1) Every deposit is considered to be a private transaction between Stambic Trading and its client.
2) Clients process all financial transactions solely at their own discretion and their own risk. The size and term of deposit is determined personally by each client.
3) Accrual of interest on the investment is calculated and credited to client's account at the end of investment term for "After" investment plans and daily on 'Daily' investment plans.
4) The principal is included in profit in 'After' investment plans and not included (will be returned after the deposit expiration) on 'Daily' investment plans.
5) The interest rate depends on the amount of investment, investment plan and deposit term.
6) Client can use our Profit Calculator for an accurate calculation of his/her profit.
7) Client may choose any payment system or cryptocurrency that we accept in order to make a deposit. Stambic Trading accepts only USD for investing.
8) Client can open only one account per IP/Family/Device. If you wish to open another account, contact us before at support@stambictradingltd.com If a new account is opened, the old account will be closed.
9)Maximum allowed investment on the Price Analysis Plan is four (4) times per investor.
Anti-Spam Rules
Spam is commercial e-mail or unsolicited bulk e-mail, including "junk mail", which has not been requested by the recipient. It is intrusive and often irrelevant or offensive, and it wastes valuable resources. Inappropriate newsgroup activities, consisting of excessive posting of the same materials to several newsgroups, are also deemed to be spam.
1)We don't tolerate SPAM in our company.
2)We forbid unsolicited e-mails of any kind in connection with the marketing of the services provided by Stambic Trading.
3)If any law enforcement agency, internet provider, web hosting provider or other person or entity provide us with notice that you may have engaged in transmission of unsolicited e-mails or may have engaged in otherwise unlawful conduct or conduct in violation of an internet service provider's terms of service or any such policies or regulations, we will reserve the right to cooperate in any investigation relating to your activities including disclosure of your account information.
4)If you didn't receive a letter from Stambic Trading, please don't forget to check your Spam folder because some email services may mark our email as Spam.
Procedure of amending the present rules
1) Administration of Stambic Trading reserves the right to make changes to the current document without the consent of investors.
2) Administration of Stambic Trading will inform clients about changes by publishing notice on the site of the company.
3) Terms and Conditions changes come into force since the date of publishing information on the site, unless otherwise provided in the text.
Customer Service and Support
1) Every client has the right to get any additional information from our support service.
2) Client may contact our support service via our Support Form or another method which is convenient for him.
3) Client agrees to behave politely with our support service and follow the instructions to prevent anyone from potentially negative situation.
Refund Policy

In certain exceptional circumstances, our site may refund payments made by Bank transfer or Cryptocurrency (USDT and BTC). In this case, the funds will be refunded to the Bank account or Cryptocurrency wallet that was used for the deposit. A withdrawal request can be sent via your account or by email:stambictradingltd@gmail.com The Client has the right to close his/her account at any time he/she wishes to. Our site will approve the account closure if:
A. There are no active investments placed.
B. There are no investigations underway associated with any of the terms of the current Terms of Services.
If there are no charges applied to the account, our site has to close the account by the Client & demand.
If the account of the Client has been suspended due to the violation of the current Terms of Services or due to any other abuse detected by the Client, the refund is not provided under any circumstances.
Our site does not have to provide any type of the refund in case the loss was caused due to any reason either foreseen or unforeseen. A refund request can be made in cases in which the account had been deposited into, but no orders were executed by the client.
In this case, the same method of payment used for the deposit will be used for the refund. The refund will be for the full amount, unless other arrangements have been made. Processing of refund requests can take 2~3 weeks.

Clearance fee
The clearance fee is 0.5% from every investment trade, up to 1000$. Trades that are more than 1000$ are subjected to a fixed 5$ clearance fee. For example: $25 = $0.125 $250 = $1.25 $501-$1000 = $3.00 $1000 or more = $5.0019.
Withdrawal fee
All withdrawals are subjected to a service fee of 3.5%. In the event that this percentage (3.5%) equals an amount of 30.00 or below, the client will then be charged with a 30.00 withdrawal fee. The maximum withdrawal service fee is capped at 3,500.0019.
Dormant fee
In case the Trading Account is inactive for two months or more, our Company reserves the right to charge a monthly account dormant fee. The exact fee schedule will be calculated according to the currency denomination of the Trading Account and is set out as follows: 200 USD/200 EUR/200 GBP, after 60 Days.
Maintenance fee
The maintenance fee is a monthly account charge, encompassing all services and features available to the client. Starting from the initial trade the client executes, a monthly maintenance fee of 0.5% from the account deposit(including bonus) will be charged for a trading account on the last day of the month. The provision of services by the Company on cryptocurrency shall be subject to a 5% Swap fee.

*Binding Agreement*
Please be informed that stambic trading limited in some cases will require an account upgrade fees or Insurance deposit fees, this fees/upgrade is only apply for investors who invest on our plan, and by joining and investing with us, you agree to this agreement and full comply to it. The terms and provisions of this Agreement are binding upon Your heirs, successors, assigns, and other representatives. This Agreement may be executed in counterparts, each of which shall be considered to be an original, but both of which constitute the same Agreement.
